The following projects are a sampling of the kinds of work that we do for our clients:
Challenge:
The homeowners needed additional floor space and a garage, and considered selling their home to gain the additional space they required. After determining they couldn't replace the view of their existing home, they decided to do an addition on the house to gain the desired family room, bedrooms, bathroom, garage, and new front entry.
Solution:
We worked with the homeowner to develop a plan to add a the additional space they required. Much of the work centered around adding a new family and master bedroom with large windows that opened up to a breaktaking view of Lake Chelan, and adding a new garage and entry and opening the house up to make everything flow more smoothly.

Challenge:
This house was built in 1947, with an addition completed in the '70s. It was in need of a major overhaul and remodel, and the owner wanted to transform the partially-finished basement into a separate apartment that could be rented out or used for guests.
Solution:
In this phased project, the owner wanted to turn the basement into an apartment first to rent out for additional income while completing the rest of the project. New duct work and plumbing were added, an extra bedroom was built out, the bathroom remodeled, and a brand-new kitchen added.
Next, we tackled the upstairs. With a new kitchen, bathroom, flooring throughout, and laundry room, as well as a deck off the back, this house was ready to use.

Challenge:
In this house, the kitchen was originally situated between the living room and dining room and the homeowner wanted to swap the spaces for the kitchen and dining room to improve the flow in the house, as well as completely overhaul the kitchen.
Solution:
This kitchen and dining room were completely gutted and rebuilt in their new spaces to take advantage of the view of Lake Chelan and the mountains. Hardwood flooring was installed and stained and the walls were painted to match the customer's desired color scheme.
The kitchen incorporates new cabinets, honed granite countertops, and upscale appliances.

Challenge:
This house had walls with 18-year old peeling wall paper, spaces that were not well-utilized, a kitchen with no upper cabinets, and the bathrooms in need of updates.
Solution:
We developed a plan to remove a few key walls in this house to created a more open feeling, replaced the old whitewashed flooring with new hardwood floors, removed the old wall paper, and completely remodeled the kitchen and bathrooms.
The kitchen is better laid out, with Canyon Creek cabinets, soft under-cabinet lighting, granite countertops and a chopping block, and new stainless steel appliances. The bathrooms feature slate and travertine flooring, as well as a gorgeous travertine shower and double sinks set in granite in the master bathroom.

Solution:
We listened to their needs, created a plan, and in the end updated every surface in the entire unit. This included an entirely new kitchen with new cabinets and granite countertops, bathrooms with slate floors, as well as new carpet and wall paint.
